The problem with that is that you have to wait for something to break before anyone starts to look into it. We will install a site manager on your network that will alerts us of potential issues before they become business critical and on location that will allow you and Digitek to be alerted to problems before they bring down the network. The introductory level includes Monitoring the network 24/7/365, Alerts you to any potential problems that may be coming, and will send detailed reports at whatever frequency you may choose with whatever is important to you. This is a great solution to supplement in-house IT staff to allow them to be more proactive.
