We have been working very hard over the last couple of months to provide a website that will provide better information to our current customers and prospects. It has many new features and functions that will help our customers communicate more effectively with us and also network with each other.  We are excited to introduce this new website to you. Digitek has been undergoing a metamorphasis lately. We have really tried to focus on some marketing initiatives that we feel will not only make it easier to recognize and remember Digitek, but even more than that, provde better information to our customers and prospects.  One of the key components to this initiative is our newly designed website.

Not only does the digitek website have a completely new look and feel, but the domain name has changed.  Although we will still be allowing the www.digiteksolutions.com domain name, we will slowly be moving toward the www.buildinganswers.com web url.  You may have noticed that our email addresses already reflect that change.  We know that many of you are familiar with the digiteksolutions email addresses, but as we grow, we really need to have a domain name that tells what we do, is easily remembered, and most importantly... one that you can spell without having to be told how.

Along with this change the new website will have a number of new features:

  • Detailed pages addressing the products and services that Digitek offers, as well as supporting documentation, white papers, and demonstrations that can be easily downloaded.
  • Links to be able to connect by chat to our office immediately.  If you have a quick question, click on the website and we can get you an answer right away.
  • Online event calendar showcasing all our upcming training classes, sales webinars and demonstrations, upcoming association meetings and other relevant events with the ability to register and pay online if applicable.
  • Our community section is a place that we hope our customers will use to network with each other, provide us valuable feedback and be able to keep up on the latest news and discussions, as well and find the answers to questions or support problems.  It iwll have forums that our registered users can use to publish requests or comments that can be seen and addressed by both Digitek and other customers. This blog is just one example of how we will be able to more effectivley communicate with our customers.
  • Digitek Online store will give our current customers the ability to easily purchase aditional uses or consulting time over the internet with a credit card.

These are just a few of the features that we are rolling out in our new website and we hope that you will use them adn find them a valuable resource as you operate your businesses.  We can work together to make your business more profitable and efficient.
